An interesting and informative tour guided by Katie was well worth the time and effort. Despite the weather that didn't really work with us.
I loved the knowledge and energy Joanna brought. And her attentiveness towards me as a wheelchair user. Everybody recommends talking to French people during the Paris-visit to get the true "French touch" - we received it in the purest form from Joanna. Thank you!
The guide Adriana, a book of wisdom, nice, attentive, kind, all a charm that made the visit very enjoyable. Notre Dam was amazing, a pity not to have been able to see it inside, due to the current circumstances.

The little we could see of Notre Dame our guide gave us a tour packed with information. She was fun, answered questions, asked questions, was direct and most important, made sure everyone heard and understood what she was saying. She not only talked about notre Dame, she talked about some of the history of Paris as well.
The tour guide Rémi was fantastic
Nothing special.

Very educational, and it's good to have the information available in other languages. Our group's children and adults both found the tour to be enjoyable.

The fact that it was located underground was eerie but fascinating when we were shown the history of Laetitia. The video showing the way the area looked in Roman times was also great and added to the experience. Although the area wasn't massive there was enough to look at and I was intrigued and mesmerised.
What I really liked is the privileged site of this archaeological excavation, its historical content and the ease with which it helped me to transport me to the time in which the forms and customs of the time in which they traded, transported goods and passengers are related. It provided me with a very common lesson: what starts well and is kept in permanent improvement, will improve in the future. Despite its good condition, the exhibition is in need of some renovation, in its lighting and museography.

Daniel was informative and fun and conducted the tour at a nice pace. We learned interesting historical information and greatly enjoyed our walking tour.
Carol was an excellent tour guide. She was a good storyteller, explaining the history of Paris. She was also very kind--it started to rain heavily near the start time for our tour, and she waited for us while we dashed across the bridge to a souvenir shop to buy umbrellas.
wonderful experience, saw wonderful places. Very knowledgeable and nice guide, made us discover many interesting things. Thank you

The tour was great, Kataryna gave us a lot of interresting information and shoed us beautiful corners on the Ile de la Cite.
We had a great time walking around and learning a lot more about the island than we would have just doing it on our own. Of course entrance to Sainte-Chapelle was the most rewarding part of the tour! It is highly worth it!

Adam was a phenomenal tour guide. One of the guides I have experienced. He had a depth of knowledge or Ile de Cite , St Chappelle all things surrounding French history. We learnt a ton in the few hours and that will stay with us long past the tour ! Thank You
Tour guide Adam was the best guide we have ever had and we have traveled all seven continents! He was sharp, funny and passionate about history--loved his presentation! Loved being a part of Tesm Adam!
Ari was great, knew his stuff and delivered in a humorous way.
The guide was fantastic. Loved the tour, the history and sites.

It's a great way to get to know Paris, the bus stops at the best attractions and it doesn't get too long to get the next one. It was a great day, I totally recommend it.
Everything about the organization (ticket purchase, QR entry options at any place, frequency of buses, etc.) was on top, I liked it very much. But... The audio guide is ugly - absolutely uninteresting, and also illiterate. It is a tour! The information is minimal, the presentation is strange: I'm not interested in hearing about the hero's girlfriends and the heroine's sports activities. I once thought that the Paris tourist bus was the best in the world - the presentation was so lively and informative. And I recommended it to everyone. I was very disappointed. The point is lost. Only as public transportation to use, but it is too expensive, la and stops are too rare. And another thing. When there were several routes, shorter stops, it was much cooler. I know my way around Paris thanks to that old bus. Now a lot of things are left out, Montmartre is inaccessible, the Latin Quarter is only a little bit inaccessible, it doesn't go to the Bastille, etc.

The information in audio guide was really poor. The text of audio guide was not interesting at all, almost nothing about the sighting.
Very poor maintenance of the audio guide system resulting in an inability to plug in and listen. If you ate charging for a service it's important to ensure you provide the complete service. Not charge full price and provide half the service.
Loved the choice of stops and pick-up spots. The seats were comfy and the bus drivers polite and skillful. A possible improvement is to eliminate the verbal "character guides" and talk more about the city history, culture and sites that are not stops. Will definitely use this service again!
Great tour through Paris, especially when you have only one day to visit it. You can really hop on and off on each mentioned location, and it was easy for us to find the stops. Nice guide on headphones. As it was a sunny day we used the opportunity to sit outside on upper deck, very nice experience. The only thing you need to take into account is very heavy traffic in the afternoon which affects times for hop on and off, so would recommend to use it in the morning, maybe till 2pm.. (we returned back using metro and RER)
Buses ran every 15 minutes to all of Paris' highlights. Sometimes overcrowded buses, but Paris is also a tourist magnet.

Everything worked. The buses run at regular intervals. The audios kept repeating themselves due to the long traffic jams in Paris, but that wasn't bad. The bus drivers were friendly 👍🏻

A must when in Paris. Gives yiu the chance to see many of the main attractions. The bus was very comfortable and the audio guide very helpful. Very good value for the money. We enjoyed it!
In fact, our disappointment is that you play English-language or popular music instead of French music from France, and at the same time... we'd like to have more information about what we're seeing instead of the music.

We had a wonderful time as we find it's the only way to see as much as you can when only having a short period of time, your app made it so easy
I really liked the tour given, the staff very nice. I didn't like the Italian guide, a bit confusing, the record started several times with the same speech.

I thought the audio part was pretty lame. I'm used to these being more informative and this didn't provide much historical information.
The Toot bus was very convenient especially for us we had a 4 year old son and going around the city on our own would not be easy. So the bus was really helpful and we manage to see many places by hopping on and off the bus. The waiting time for the bus was not too bad at all, they have the bus coming frequently. Felt good to go around the city on this bus.
Good view of all Paris highlights. Stops are at the right places. Tickets were easy in handling in combi with the app. Unfortunarely due to the bad weather we were soaked. Trying to leaving the bus we could not step out due to the crowded beloofdnot willing to step out to let us pass). Not all buses have a roof which kan be closed during the rain.
I have difficults to find the point where the tour starts. Gallery Lafayette is a generical information, you have to inform the entire adress of the agência.
Not enough historical stuff. I would have liked to learn more about the history of Paris rather than weird anecdotes about made up people. It was cute but not what I came for. The music in between was good enough.
Buying tickets online was easy and finding where the pick up stops were. It was raining hard and when the bus came it was one of the few with a covered top so we were saved from getting drenched. If it hadn't had a cover on top we would not have done the tour that day. Can hop on and off when you want to and clear information on headphones provided in many languages. With discounts that day paid 33 euros. Not sure we would have paid higher prices though. Stops were frequent for hop offs and buses ran regular. Great service and helped us see Paris in 2 hours.
Easy to buy the tickets online and see all the incredible places. We could enjoy as long as we wanted in each station :) It was a rainy day so this was honestly a really good option to see Paris without getting wet 🤩
It was the perfect, conftable first day sightseing program, because it gives you a glimpse of the city and the main sights. Tickets were easily accesible from the app. We were super satisfied!
It was easy to book and the toot bus was perfect 🥰 I took my mom and Husband to Paris for the first time my mom loved the toot bus as it was easy for her to enjoy seeing the best of Paris
Very easy to make an order. Instant confirmation Availability of the bookings into the app. Easy to use the codes from app Discounts that Headout offer for purchases through the app
mooie sightseeing en hop-off op leuke locaties. Wel iets duurder dan metro, maar zo zie je ook de omgeving nog. Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding.
The possibility of audio guide in Italian and that of being able to get off and get back on when I wanted pretty much did it for every attraction
